Best Prosecco I’ve had, easy. Pear, white peach, floral, nicely balanced acid, tight mousse. Just lovely. #cvsrun2019 — 7 years ago

Infanticide can be delicious. The early onset of winter in Seattle called for a big wine for pappardelle alla bolognese. Decanted 2+ hours and served at cellar temp. Initially a bit of a mess--wood, tannins, heat--started to come together after the first glass. Classic nebbiolo notes of dusty cherries, foliage, pepper. Big and beautiful, not quite in prime form. And yet, je ne regrette rien... 🍷💯👌🏼🍝 — 9 years ago

Esoteric Piedmontese white variety. The name translates to “cat turd” or “cat balls” in local dialect. Apparently because of the shape of the grape clusters? The juice itself couldn’t be further from its vulgar moniker. Tastes like the freshest, purest apricot. — 3 years ago

Really crisp, early fruit, dry finish - Very easy to drink. — 9 years ago
Spicy notes on the nose. Round fruits reminiscent of Pinot noir. Tannins still a bit harsh but lots of structure to age — 7 years ago
