Nose: slight vegetal more floral as it opens.
Palate: very well made. Linear. Solid fruit. A bit interesting. Hint licorice. The best version of a classic bistro pinot.

Pale gold; pronounced intensity aromas of rose petals, verbena, yellow plum, ripe honeydew melon; off dry, medium acid, medium alcohol, medium plus body, pronounced intensity flavors consistent with aromas; medium plus finish, surprising and lovely, the concentrated perfume lingers, almost flabby, but the incredibly interesting flavors and freshness balance it out — 5 years ago
