Of all the #beaujolaisnouveau that I’ve had this one seems really well made and cellar worthy. This was bottled 12 months ago and is drinking like a Boss! Fruity, juicy and soft. — 8 months ago
The 2020 d'Armailhac has all the fruit of the en primeur wine, and all the tannin too, almost like a barrel sample. I imagine the 2020 is going to need at least a few years to shed some of that tannic clout. Dark red cherry, red plum, pomegranate, blood orange, iron, white pepper and mint literally saturate the palate. The 2020 is a dense, plush d'Armailhac. It's a real head-turner. The 2019 La Conseillante is elegant and nuanced, just as it was from barrel. All of the freshness and energy that was present en primeur comes through in the bottle. There is an element of sophistication, of reserve, that needs time to be fully expressive. The 2019 is a wine of linear precision more than volume or density. It should age exquisitely for many years to come. (Antonio Galloni, Vinous, February 2022)

Probably held on to this a year too long but it showed well for the first night (mouse had set in by the following day). Citrus, white flowers, orange blossom. — 5 years ago
This is a big and burly Saint-Emilion. Dense, concentrated, yet balanced. Lots of (soft and ripe) tannines, leather, coffee, dark plums, touch of cassis, polished furniture, humidor, smoky notes of grilled greens.
Very, very nice.
Bought this in 2014 chez Maltus, during my first Primeur-visit. — 6 months ago

04 was an uneven growing season, maybe a little underrated since stuck between 03 & 05...good en primeur pricing for the 04s...Got this for around $150.
1.5 hour decant (decent chunky sediment). A captivating dark crimson color with a slight bricking. On the nose: sweet red fruit, cassis, floral, cedar, smoked meat, and mint. Taste: fresh, nice acidity, good structure, med to full body wine with blackberry, dried herbs, spice box, pencil lead, with a plum vanilla medium plus finish and a little tannic kick at the end.....few more bottles in the cellar to follow over the next few years. Cheers! — 6 years ago

Bright ruby red with violet. Plum raspberry violet. Concentration is less than 24, so light body. It is difficult to distinguish it from MBA. Banana’s sweet. Fruitiness M Sweetness M Acidity M Tannin M- Domaine Leroy Primeur Beaujolais-Villages 25 @7450, Umem - Calist, 251123 — 7 months ago
Flavours of raspberry, dark fuit and forest floor. Good balance of tannins and acidity. Organic wine. — 3 years ago
Raul Perez is a bit of a wine rock star, so I admittedly came to this 17$ entry level new project of his (with the Prieto varietal) with baited breath…& it did not disappoint. It drinks like…surprise.. a baby Morgon, with clean red cherries set in a fairly mineral frame. Quite lush on the nose. Not for acid hounds per se but still so vital & fresh. — 4 years ago
2020 primeur sample. Fresh and balanced, great value. — 5 years ago
Absolutely lovely. Not some Duboeuf BN - this is a Cru Beaujolais that is young and sharp. On the nose, rose hips, cracked pepper and bright red fruit. In the mouth, cracked pepper, bright cherries and red currants. Bright acid. Moderate tannins. Medium-long finish. Not just a good BN, it’s an excellent Cru Beaujolais - period. — 6 years ago
