Kojder souvignier gris 2023.
No notes. Chablis nose with chalk and lemon. The palate is a bit more broad and round that that of a chablis. Long finish wirh lemon. Blind I'd call chablis. If all hybrid varietals could taste that great, then the future of winemaking in central europe is definitely bright.

Wow! The value of this... 17 EUR a bottle, delivery to Poland from France included. This is a steal!
A gorgeous nose of cherry, wet soil, geranium, licorice... This is intense. The palate shows perfect balance with a nice and long acid backbone, some width and a great, almost crunchy texture with a soft mouthfeel that turns into a turbulent sea in midpalate, with tannins sharpening a bit and giving it another layer. The finish is fruit forward, almost umami, with that layer of turbulences gently brushing up that bright fruit to make it a truly enjoyable tasting experience. Absolutely love it. Perfect reminder of a brilliant holiday — 4 years ago
Christmas dinner part 2. Served along seafood (oysters, sea snails, shrimps, crab, langoustines...) good pairing. This is a good chard from Poland, a bit on the richer side of things, with a lower acid drive and some tropical, yellow fruits both on the nose and on the palate. The nose is particularly inviting with honeyed roasted pineapple slices notes. Really good ! — a month ago
First take on the '20 vintage that we brought back to Poland after Christmas . Very intense nose of violets, blackberries, raspberries, cherry, licorice... There is a tiny earthy note too, along with an irony thing. The palate is very well made as always, with a great acid drive, a good width, some red and black fruits touches all along, some drying tannins in the rear and a long finish with fruit and a bit of an umami touch that makes you want to pour yourself another glass right away. It's a bit more complex than '19, with some more layers of texture and taste. I'm obviously partial here but for about 8 eur a bottle from the producer this is extremely great value. — 2 years ago
First bottle of a batch that I ordered from my favourite wine merchant in France and that got delivered to my door in Poland.
An old friend that I have missed dearly. Apple, honey, waxy notes and some flowery scents too. This is multidimensional and very great. The palate shows a massive acid backbone, as expected, some stone fruits touches, a great width, a very long and fresh finish with a chalky mouthfeel almost. This is a great chenin. Oh have I missed this! — 2 years ago
