Wow. Bourdeuax style advertised and delivered. French oak on the nose and taste. Wonderful for grilled food. — 18 days ago
Good Chianti, but not extraordinary. This wine is ready to drink immediately upon opening, making it a good restaurant choice. The wine did not last long: if decanted, it will lose its flavor, and I do not believe it will age any longer. Good classic Chianti flavor including leather and cherry followed by an astringent bite in the long finish. — 7 days ago
30 months oak. Juicy currents cherries citrus rind, lilt and racy with soft shoulders and tannins; immediately seduced. — 10 days ago
Pink peppercorn, unexpectedly heavy for rose. Leaving expectations? Lovely with shrimp and duck salad. I’m happy I stocked up — 3 days ago
Currant vintage of this interesting quality Tuscan Teroldego (90%)/Syrah (10%) blend. Dark ruby color-heading toward purple. Aromas of chocolate, orange pith and berries. Juicy berry fruit on the pallet with that orange note and a hint of pepper spice. Medium bodied. Chewy tannins bright acidity and nicely balanced finish. Very consistent from vintage to vintage. Outstanding quality for the price! — a month ago
