Classic label. Spooky vine. Color is vinous blood, ruby red. Blood in the bag. Mom’s borsch. Aroma: Berry compote, beets, earthy, stream bank. Flavors are complex and rich. Long and astringent with the mineral limestone stuff of nice Shiraz. Plenty of sarsaparilla and cola within the sugars. Balance is awesome. Has something for most everyone.
