Light red fruits with moderate tannins — 10 months ago
At 11.5% abv and with a striking salinity to boot, this was firmly in red kabi territory. Loved it! Officially a rosé, but really it’s a light red. Volcanic Poulsard was also another term thrown around on table, and frankly, it was quite apt. Beautiful aromas of pomegranate, tangerine, roses and some herbal hints. The wine just dances on the palate with tangy cranberry notes and lingering saltiness. So yum! — 10 months ago
