“Can I say fruity?” - mom — a year ago
Approximately 50/50 Nero d’Avola and Perricone which is a beautiful blend! High in acidity, quite tannic and plenty of red fruit. Also a “rustic” touch. Everything is still a bit on its own but after some additional cellartime this wine should be stellar! — 3 years ago

At 11.5% abv and with a striking salinity to boot, this was firmly in red kabi territory. Loved it! Officially a rosé, but really it’s a light red. Volcanic Poulsard was also another term thrown around on table, and frankly, it was quite apt. Beautiful aromas of pomegranate, tangerine, roses and some herbal hints. The wine just dances on the palate with tangy cranberry notes and lingering saltiness. So yum! — 9 months ago
