A little tart but good — 2 years ago
Bright fruit & good acidity. Light but quite nice with pork tenderloin for the price ($17). — a month ago
Very smooth finish. Similar to several NZ wines when considering taste and aroma — 2 months ago
The 2023 Chardonnay soars from the glass with striking aromatics. Hints of apricot, lemon peel, white flowers and crushed rocks follow. Effortless and gracious, this blend of sites yields a Chardonnay of notable complexity, while a touch of Hungarian oak adds an attractive spicy character. $22.00 (Antonio Galloni, Vinous, August 2024) — 7 months ago
Beautiful wine. — 20 days ago
Well balanced, berries, excellent Syrah — a year ago
Nice to taste this Santa Maria Valley bottling alongside the Sta. Rita Hills one. Riper, darker fruits profile but there is still freshness here. Oak is more prominent. Earthier as well with light mushroom and tea leaf notes. Plush palate.
This is a more complex and deeper wine. But I prefer the Sanford bottling slightly. — 2 years ago

This is such an excellent Aussie Shiraz (with 2% Viognier), amazing color still, crisp, refreshing, aromatic, perfumed, lovely balance, truly a lovely drinker, not a “best of class” Aussie Shiraz, but at a low-$US20 price, great bargain, love this!! — a month ago
