“PG Rosa” - this is skin contact Pinot Grigio, making the wine a dark salmon color, verging on a light Pinot Noir. Absolutely beautiful aromatics, rose hips / crushed rose petals, and almost guava. Silky smooth texture (serve at room temp), really glad I aged this a bit. — 10 months ago
