This is a delicious PetS, not too jammy. It has intense blueberry and raspberry flavors, with that distinctive undertone, peculiar to Washington reds, and tastier than it sounds,, of chocolate-covered mushrooms. — 2 years ago
Spicy and crisp. Great value. Would buy again. — 3 years ago
I just had too………..
A Full body, bursting with energy, has panache and sophistication, plenty of patter and a good nose what more could you want or you expect, that’s our Mr P. 😂🤣😝 — 5 years ago
This wine has a yellow-gold color in the glass. The nose shows earthy notes of apricot and peach, with some Bosc pear appearing. On the palate, that fruit is dressed in salinity and abetted by a healthy zing of tangy acidity. It reminds me a bit of Trebbiano or Garganega wines, but with more character. — 10 months ago
Paired with nothing. Madeira is the desert. — 3 years ago
Nose has yellow apple peel, pear slice, straw and beach sand.
Palate has tangerine zest, ripe pear, under-ripe yellow peach, cold clementine orange with medium acidity and slightly dry finish.
A nice bottle; not sure if this wants more time, or a couple years past prime...
On the sold out (18K+ patrons) Lawn at Tanglewood this evening with the Boston Symphony Orchestra. Our guest Conductor Ken-David Masur is leading a 90th birthday celebration of John Williams. BSO soloists tonight are J. Williams Hudgins (vibraphone) & Jessica Zhou (harp), joined by Yo-Yo Ma (cello), Branford Marsalis (saxophone), Eric Revis (bass) and James Taylor (vocals/guitar). A truly wonderful night lay ahead, and my money is certainly on hearing at least one or two Star Wars movements this evening... — 4 years ago

Aromas slightly similar to sauterne (that noble rot smell) bit with candied orange peel, a big body with sweet mandarin oranges in the syrup juice bit with some acid to cut through. My kind of dessert wine! — 3 years ago
A decent Napa cap, if a little predictable and overpriced — 3 years ago
