Feb 12th, 2017Dessert wine from the island of Madeira, Portugal. Boston Bual boasts incredible balance and refreshing acidity. The hallmark of this wine is its otherworldly complexity, featuring cinnamon-clove spiciness with overtones of citrus peel and woodsmoke. There is just enough sweetness to pair with Chocolate, but still has a long, dry finish
Too sweet for me, but perfect for this dessert
