Braucht erstmal Luft, dann schön balanciert, hat noch Potential — 2 days ago
sehr leckerer trockener Rotwein, nicht sehr schwer, sehr gut einfach so abends zu trinken.

When in Fishtown. Gotta hit up the natty wine purveyors at Fishtown Social. This was the cheapest of the recent haul and it delivers nicely as an everyday Pinot Noir from the Languedoc. Mellow cherry cola, a hint of funk but not like those natural wines that taste like they were aged in a hockey bag. Hat tip to @Brendan Devine for putting me on to what NE Philly has to offer in the wine game. — 2 months ago
Deep ruby. Black plum, blackberry and caramel on the nose. On the palate, black cherry, cedar, tobacco and dry forest floor. Med + body, high tannin, med+ acid, med + alcohol, dryyyy. Hat said it tasted like a black and mild hahah. — 3 months ago
Almost peak? Good aroma, oak, leather. Gentle and balanced taste. Changed a lot with complexity with herb or slight medicine. Fruity, violet. Bordeaux nuance is not so strong. 2012 @4350, wine plus - BB, 210407 — 7 days ago
Just opening, a bit medicine like. Still acidic. 2 hours decanting made it good condition to drink. Black currant and fruits aroma. Not sweet, dry one. A bit spicy. Even concentrated compared to initial but still lots of acidity. Still need to wait for several years, then it will show good taste. With potential, 9.0. 2015 @1760(2200), Boboli -, 210306-210313 — a month ago
Still..... way....WAY too young to thoroughly enjoy. Even 11 years in, it has the concentration and tightness of black, syrupy cough medicine. I really wouldn’t approach this for another 10 years (yes...literally). You can tell what it WILL be, but not drinking well now. — 3 months ago
Dark ruby in color with a wide reddish rim. Not showing much age.
Nice nose of blueberries, blackberries, black plums, cooked cherries, oak, licorice, spices, coffee, light vegetables, herbs, light vanilla, tobacco leaf, pencil lead, black pepper and light medicine.
Full bodied and smooth with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry on the palate with blackberries, black currants, plums, cooked cherries, oak, licorice, cloves, earth, light vegetables, pencil lead, coffee, dark chocolates and peppercorn.
Long finish with round tannins and coffee notes.
This is a nicely aged Bordeaux from the great 2009 vintage. Showing a great nose and mouthfeel.
Elegant with lots of fruits. Nicely balanced with nice complexity.
Needs a couple of hours to open up properly and show its pretty nose, so be patient. Tannins come in after 90 minutes.
Robert Parker 93 points.
Will continue to age nicely in the next 5 to 10 years.
Tasty and spicy. A delicious wine.
13.5% alcohol by volume.

Delightful, funky, lightly carbonated, moderately tart. Would be great with cheddar/bleu cheeses. — 2 months ago
