Plum, raspberries, juicy and fruitful but not overpowering sweet. Dryer than Coopers. Better than coopers. The nose is very strong and elegant. Goes down smooth. Has an "evaporation" effect on the end. — 2 months ago
2017 vintage. Plum, pomegranate and chocolate notes with a smooth finish of limestone, spice and wet stone. — 2 months ago
It is time for my #FridayCabernetfix.
Dark ruby in color with a wide reddish rim.
Nose of sweet cherries, currants, blueberries, light cedar, earth, herbs, milk chocolates, tobacco leaf and black pepper.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry on the palate with sweet cherries, cooked plums, cedar, tobacco leaf, light earth, herbs and spices.
Long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy cherries.
This is a delicious Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa valley. Elegant and easy drinking. Fruit forward and complex.
Good right out of the bottle, and better after 2 hours of airtime. Will continue to age nicely in the next 10 years.
I've had a few vintages of this wine and it is very consistent.
Good by itself as a sipping wine or with food.
A blend of 83% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Merlot, 6% Petit Verdot and 3% Cabernet Franc. Aged in (30% new) French oak barrels for 24 months.
14.5% alcohol by volume.
92 points.

What a wine at 11 years! So much lemon, seagrass, peaches, a bit of stone, some lemon curd. It coats the palate. Interestingly it opened up with more fruit over 2 hours. It is so freaking good. It’s really like a fresh lemon tart with a tiny bit of cream and the crust with some orchard fruit and the at the ocean. Unbelievable. I loved this wine 8 years ago and love it more now. — 2 months ago
Nose: elegant white flowers.
Palate: balanced mineral. Green apple. Good density. Burgundian. — 3 months ago

Double decant and pour for sediment(lots of sediment). Still a dark garnet with little bricking. On the nose: such captivating expressive notes of perfumed stewed dark fruit, herbaceous, boiled meat, minty menthol, worn leather, tobacco leaf. Taste: Wow! in a beautiful spot right now....creamy, savory, silky wine with dried red fruit, earth, dark chocolate, graphite, dried herbs, old leather, and a beautiful lingering finish. YUM!!! It's what I want in an aged Napa cab...my wine of the week! — 14 days ago
