This was quite nice with lots of brioche and yeast flavors. Maddie in the traditional method with 100% Mauzac. — 2 years ago
I’m not much for sparking wines but it felt like “the thing to do” for new years! I got it on sale for $15 and it was money well spent! Dry, crisp and tasty! — 3 months ago

Like a nice hard apple cider. Little yeasty/brioche — 10 months ago
Very Unique one!! Mauzac grape only in South France and probably with it’s origin here in Gaillac. Orange, tangerine, ripe pear, full character! After min of 1 h changing in a breeze of charentais melon & laurel. Fantastic wine!!
Dazu: Confit vom Perlhuhn / pomme dauphinoise mit Steinpilzen / courgette, gelbe Rübe, Pfifferling

Really nice, thank you @Sharon B for recommending this! Gerard Bertrand puts out some really nice wines! Floral, nectarine, peach, tangerine, sea spray. Body is lush per skin contact, pretty rose gold in color! Reminds me of Rosè from Provence. Will get this again! — a month ago
