Wow, lots to like here! Complex flavor arc. Honeyed mineral aroma, baked apple, citrus peel, saline and herbal on a very long finish. Really layered. Full, dark yellow, bordering on orange wine, dry throughout, and a touch bitter. Probably some skin contact, but not sure. Perfect for coming Fall dishes, so I’ll save my other bottles.
Follow up: it degrades significantly on day 2, even after pumping the air out. — 9 months ago
Deep ruby in color; black cherries, black plums, and graphite on the nose; medium minus acidity; medium plus tannins; tastes like strawberry sauce, hibiscus, dried herbs, and star anise with a long finish. Nellie says it's ok. I like it. — 3 months ago
Had this rose and it is perfection. Bright stone fruit and refreshing minerality. Loved it! — 7 months ago
I was looking through our past wines and remembered this bottle with the boys…I need to look for it. — 10 months ago

Cult winery from Sicily. But the guy is Belgian. Orange wine I think - So flavorful, apples, stone-fruit, honey and most of all a ton of JASMINE. I love it. But not everyone’s cup of tea. — 2 months ago
