I was told this is a wine meant to accompany the red sauce of pizza. This wine would totally go great with pizza, and thinking about that makes me want to get pizza. With the tomato, the oregano, and basil. This is certainly a food wine. It's heavy enough to stand up to flavors of pizza, but light enough you can carry on and dance the night away around town after dinner.

Color: A dark purpley red that with light edges. It's like red and purple in the glass.

Aroma: Fruity like cherry and black currants. Like a light forest floor. It has like a Cabernet Franc or a mourvedre, Grenache blend, but light. It's rich in aroma but light hearted and warm like Italy.

Taste: medium/light body wine with some minerally flavors and a tinge of bitterness.
It has flavors liek a pinot noir and a Cabernet or mourvedre blend. It's chery and dark fruits but light. There's a little kick to it that reminds me of pepper. It fills your mouth and gently leaves after swallowing. It's like lapping ocean waves on the beach.

Electric Pink, dry, slightly acidic with notes of strawberries, kiwi and lemon. Paired well with sopressa, baked chicken and fresh greenbeans. Summer is ending but Rosé lives on....
