From folkways.com: This is an organically and biodynamically farmed white wine from Emilia-Romagna in central/north Italy made from a very rare grape called Bombino Bianco. The area where this variety was cultivated was quite poor; as a result the white wines made from Bombino gained the name 'pagadebit,' or 'repaying debts' — the farmers of the region grew this prolific grape variety because it was a sure bet during harvest and meant they could always pay the bills. ABV 12.5% — 2 years ago

60% Nero Di Troia, 30% Montepulciano, 10% Bombino. I’ve only had Montepulciano. Incredibly smooth. Light tannins. Plum and black berries with a slight spice on the finish. Enjoyed on Henderson Beach with my love. — 2 years ago
