Gorgeous nose of spice, violets and stunning black and red cherry. All on a bed of minerals. Amazing perfume. 9.6. nose. Palate is juicy and classically lean out of the gates but this will gain impressively with air. Wonderful sweetness and such nimble tannins. Just so silky. Heavenly. Wow. Really silky and sweet now after some hours. Overnight this got even sweeter, silkier and more dramatic. — 10 days ago

Such a great wine. Perfumed nose, spice, hay, skoche of dried honey, some potting soil, cardamom, white pepper, all so pretty and harmonious. Palate is super harmonious and very pure. Sappy and salty finish. Palate is all mineral and spice and maybe a hint of spiced apple on the finish. Lovely wine. Very juicy and spicey! — 2 years ago

Have not had in two years and wow has this opened. Stunning nose of lemon oil, calcified sugar, wet earth, some stone fruits and herbals. Such a great nose showing some early aged character. Palate is at once opulent and at once incisive. That combo of stone fruit opulence and acid is heavenly. An amalgam of lemmon flesh, stone fruits like peach and apricot and wonderful stoney minerality. Just wonderful. Now after 6 hours the nose is crazy and confectionary. Gorgeous lemon and lime smarties. Uncanny. 9.6 nose. Palate so pure and so balanced. Exquisite. — 3 months ago

Amazing nose. Mid to late season very ripe cherries, cranberry bog, white chocolate, and some citrus rind. Gorgeous. Spice and violets as well. Palate is rich and tense at the same time with gorgeous sweet cherry fruit and unreal purity and freshness. Super silky and sweet with great acidity and mineral sweet cherry finish. Now with air there is gorgeous blackberry and black raspberry. Unreal red cherries and spice. Really lifted nose. Palate is much redder than the nose lets on and has really engaging minerality. So pure and well made. Almost a 9.5. — 4 months ago
