Pure Anderson Valley at its best. Aromas is plums, raspberries and violets lead to a soft and velvety palate. Flavors black fruits mingle with soft spice and earth and a finish that lingers with warm acidity and lingering fruit. A beautiful Pinot with a perfect amount of age. — 5 years ago

Popped and poured. The 2019 “Skycrest” pours a straw color with medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of yellow apples, lemons, butter, nuts, toasted marshmallow, and minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+. Drink now through 2029. — a year ago
