This is 100% Tocai grape macerated and crafted in amphora, but keeping all the fun of drinking Tocai
It's juicy, fresh and deliciously long
I will try to seek for more which is a tough one i am guessing

2 ans plus tard le vin est pareil mais il s'est assoupli, il est plus équilibré. Robe dorée foncée (or). Un nez d'abricot, de pommes confites avec une touche d'alcool. Une bouche a une bonne acidité. Des saveurs intenses de miel, de vanille, de gâteau des anges, muscade, croûte de crème brûlé. Il est très sucré mais offre une belle acidité. J'aime. — 20 days ago
