75% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre —a total stunner she is, drinkable now with a body to go the difference. The nose brings red fruits (plums, cherries, strawberries) and roses and rose petals. The palate is silky-smooth, fresh fruit giving way to tootsie roll and stewed fruit flavors, augmented by earth and sanguine balsamic grooves, a bit of herbal garrigue carrying the day. The finish carries on, persistent and solidly ethereal if we can make that a thing. — 2 months ago
Nose - soil, wet stone and petrichor/rainy day. Main flavors - delicate stone fruit like plum, cherry and an after taste of fruit pits. Mouthfeel - silky upfront and the a little bit of acid and zing on the back. Really approachable wine. Don’t sleep on dolcetto! Lovely wine. — 8 days ago
I can’t get over this wine! The first word that comes to mind is luscious!! Ripe peaches and pear, smoke, pineapple, chamomile, tree bark and limestone. I need a case and now I can’t find it - should’ve bought more!!! — 15 days ago
very nice everyday cab from a reliable producer. Enjoyed much more on second day after much airing. Balanced with nice ripe berry flavors but missing the tannins punch. — 2 months ago
