A robust muscular but nicely balanced style that showed well after all the older leaner wines we’d been sharing. Fung likes it a lot. — 16 days ago
Purple AF and delicious! Baking spices and ripe juicy red fruits. High in tannins. Got me hamskie after 2 glasses. — 2 months ago
This wine will give the run for the money (around $20-ish), taste a fell absolute Lucius, a beautiful concept guided by legendary Michel Roland from a single vineyard at the valley de Uco, Argentina. A complex blend dominated by half (50%) Malbec, 24% Merlot, 11% Syrah, 7% cab sauv, 3% Petit Verdot, and 5% Cab Franc. Tanning are solid, inky and waxy texture with a long finish. 1997(!) vintage. What a nice surprise. Still very much alive, a most pleasurable light Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon. I would have never expected the entry level of Los Vascos to age this well. Abv. 12,5%. — a day ago
