Lauge Jean & Fils

Mas des Capitelles Vieilles Vignes Faugères Red Blend 2021

Red to dark red fruits, cherry, raspberry and pomegranate, garrigue, and singed black schiste stone/mineral notes, lavender florals too. The palate is medium bodied, with intense flavors that are lightning it's feet. I am a fan of Faugeres wines and it's rare for me to try a new one like this one. — 4 months ago

Domaine de Cebene

Les Bancéls Faugères Mourvedre 2021

This is 50% Syrah, 35% Grenache, and 15% Mourvèdre. The nose has bright, ripe berry fruit and lots of clean, stony minerality. Balanced, lively, and deep in the mouth. It’s got deep fruit in a dry frame, tannins soft and in the background, and nice acids. Minerality lingers in the finish. Great value and very tasty. — 6 months ago

You certainly find nice wines in unusual places - St Peter’s Church - Santa’s workshop - and best of all bus stops 😂😂

Faugères Natural Wine Carignan Blend 2020

Went really well with duck breast. Has effervescence combined with an almost “meaty” flavor. Exotic and yet I kept coming back for more… — 5 months ago

Château des Adouzes

Le Tigre Faugères Red Blend

Smoky. Dark. Inky. Leathery. Good legs and a blueish purple color. Dry, with leather on palate, and a deep blackberry and licorice taste that pairs well with pecans. — 2 years ago
