This family owned domaine is located near the village of Gassin that is considers as one the most beautiful villages in France. The grape are hand harvested and the final steps of vinification are done by Maîtres Vigneron de Saint Tropez.
A blend of Grenache, Syrah, Rolle and Cinsault, with a beautiful rose gold color, a tempting fresh nose that blends spring flowers, strawberry, cassis a touch of hibiscus and red berries, the body is medium with pleasant acidity and a fresh fruity finish.
A lovely well made rose to celebrate the spring and upcoming summer.

Founded in 1877 in Nuits-Saint-Georges, a little village the heart of the Côte d’Or by Jean Bouillot, a wine and spirits merchant. A blend of Chardonnay and Aligoté from both northern & southern Burgundy. Pale yellow with fragrant aromas of stone fruit and some biscuit notes. The palate shows apple and pear flavors, lemon zest with nice texture. Tangy long finish, vivid acidity, champagne like, pleasant, ending with fresh yeast character. Tasting Sample. — a year ago

I have opened tonight the Louis Bouillot Crémant de Bourgogne Brut Rosé. From Nuits-Saint-Georges. This a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Gamay.

On the nose there is creamy strawberry, raspberry, cherry, red currant, red flowers, yeast and minerals.

On the palate I am getting sweet cherry, raspberry, strawberry, red apple, spice red currant, yasty dough and minerality.

This wine is medium bodied with a clean fresh mouthfeel and medium to medium + acidity that leaves you with a long red fruit mineral finish. Have a great weekend and please stay safe and healthy. Nostrovia! 🥂🥂🥂🥂 — 3 years ago
