I’ve had both La Muse and La Joie so I was happy to get to try Le Désir. I think I like this cab franc dominated blend the best. The nose is floral with green fresh notes. On the palate it’s rich, full bodied with a luxurious velvety texture. Dark fruit, bell pepper, spices, licorice with powdery tannins that starts to melt into the wine completely. À l’ouverture le nez est vraiment aromatique, melange de beurre et de bois, odeurs végétales.
En bouche, le vin est bien boisé, pas trop, juste assez équilibré, c’est gras avec une belle acidité.
Jour 2, le bois s’est estompe, fait place à la pomme verte, le citron, la poire. L’acidité est bien présente manque un peu amplitude, de rondeur mais je crois que cela va arriver avec quelques années en cave. — 3 years ago

Reminder to myself to drink more Beaujolais. Beaujolais me when I want a fun wine that still hits that delicious mark.
