Unfortunately, this bottle had Brett, but it mellows and fades to the background, while the wine is very good with lively acidity lifting bright red fruits, coco notes, and just enough vegetable notes to give i tension and aromatic lift. — 4 years ago

Medium purple in color; cherries, red plums, and graphite on the nose; started out a bit reductive, but after a 30-minute decant it improved; high acidity; high tannins; tastes like red currants, raspberries, and wet slate with a long finish. Nellie and I like it. Special thanks to Lizzy and German for leaving this wine at our house. This is my first time tasting Marselan grapes. It's a cross between Cabernet Sauvignon and Garnacha. — 3 months ago
