A big, fat, heavy, tannic Cabernet Sauvignon wearing boxing gloves and sporting a championship belt. Incredibly full but well balanced; vanilla, lighter spice, and maybe tobacco... even leaving a hint of sweeter cherry at the end. Happy spring! — 4 months ago

After seven years in the bottle, this Merlot has aged to bring out fine flavors like dark fruit, and blackberry layered with herbal notes of vanilla spice. Dry and satisfying. — 6 months ago

2004 vintage. Decanted with very little sed and tasted after 45 mins and 1.5 hours. Initial richness in the frontal palate but the mid-palate decided to nap. Finish glided along without speed bumps. Really nice but not great. 7.19.24. — 7 days ago
