Bodied and slightly tart. Full bodied. Wonderful — 4 months ago
Big flavors competing for first chair, but all playing at equal volume. Cassis, blueberry, eucalyptus, saddle leather, cacao nibs, vanilla, and sweet tobacco. All this with poise, balance, and such a velvety mouthfeel. The finish is long and laden with Ludens. Very good!

Notes of blackberry, jammy black currant with modest earthiness. — 3 years ago
Dark ruby in color with a wide reddish rim, and medium plus intensity.
Fruity nose and medium plus in body with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate and complex.
Showing sweet raspberries, cherries, red currants, light oak, spices, chocolates and peppercorn.
Long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy cherries.
This is a delicious Zinfandel from Oakville in Napa Valley. Rich, fruit forward and entertaining. Elegant and interesting.
Good right out of the bottle, and better with airtime. The high alcohol is not too noticeable at this point.
Right out of the bottle it feels like a light Napa Cabernet, but gets into its own after 2 hours in the decanter, when more red fruits show up, and it feels more like a Zinfandel. So interesting.
This Single Vineyard Zinfandel is easy drinking and a great sipping wine. A good party wine too.

Coffee, raspberry, and leather. Rich and a little sharp but not too much. — 4 months ago
Quite solid and varietally correct - rich blackberry and cassis. Not pushy but pleasant — 7 months ago
2021 vintage. PNP. Nose waay nicer than the flavors currently but ended up being a relatively solid effort for the price. No complaints. Maybe the gorgeous bouquet complexity marries into the flavors family at some point in the next 5-10 years? Twould be nice. 01.17.26. — 7 months ago

This is a young Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley. Already drinking beautifully, but needed 3 hours to open up properly. Will continue to age nicely in the next 7 years.
Fruit forward with nice complexity and a nice mouthfeel. Interesting and entertaining.
