Meilleur vin orange que j’ai bu jusqu’à présent ! — 4 years ago
From a hot vintage comes a balanced Brouilly from Descombes in magnum. Complex aromas with lots of raspberries, a hint of forest floor emerging as some time passes. The fruit profile is among the lighter side of the Beaujolais 2015 that I have tried. Good acidity and medium tannins. A serious wine, though not super chuggable nor structured enough to be a great food partner. But pretty enjoyable as it is. — 6 years ago

Eucalyptus and lavender jump out on the nose with red currant fruit leather and forest floor. Tannins coats the whole top of the tongue with minimal acidity. Tannins isn’t controlling, but definitely present. Red blend fruit leather and lavender on the palate. May be nice chilled. — 5 years ago
Has a nice bite to it that’s very pleasant in the cold. — 6 months ago

Un vrai bon Bojo d'entrée de gamme, hop la vie, sur le fruit, tout en simplicité, dans le style Descombes ou Lapierre. Excellent RQP! — 6 years ago

Nice Morgon with just enough age to come into its own. Quite full and dark without being overbearing. Even with a several hour decant the tannins still very much make themselves known. Acid and dark fruit keep this in line overall. Nice pairing with some oven spare ribs at the height of winter. Try again in 3-5 years. — 3 months ago
