Popped and poured; no formal notes. This glass was poured from Coravin. A fun, predominantly red fruited Xinomavro that has an interesting sweet corn sort of thing going on. Red fruits and leather. Nose : rich Meyer lemon. Sweet richness. Amazing nose. Hint of lemon floor wax. Elite level intensity. Some smoke as it opens.

Palate: very dense but in a fruity way. Large polished stone minerality. Meyer lemon.

Very particular.
