Brut Millésimé Champagne Blend 2005

Vintage champagne and caviar! This briny number is the perfect complement! Salty tartar biscuit nose with lemon essence, lime, pear in first baking stage, Indian gum, lemon madeleines, turmeric, and light powder of ginger. Tangy mouthfeel, green olive texture and ramping bite, a flinty spark, golden apple, gooseberry, and all of it honeyed with age, but distinctly dry. Delicious! #champagne #vintagechampagne #caviar #champagneandcaviar #bubbles #champagnecampaign #champagneproblems #champagnelife — a month ago

Extra Brut Rosé Champagne Blend

Yeasty lime, cut strawberry, watermelon rind, orange bread, potting soil. Palate-wise, tart cherry, sour apricot, biscuity, lemon zest, dried mango, clove and white pepper cut with lime. Star fruit chalky, minerally, zesty, layered, complex. Was told this was just okay, but it is amazing. All the sweet tart and lemon pudding of the leading brand, but integrated perfectly. #haton #champagne #champagneday #bubbles #rosebubbles — 4 years ago

Brut Réserve Champagne Blend

This is a very nice Champagne! Tiny tornadic strands of the finest bubbles interspersed throughout a pale gold sea. It is ripe apple, mochi, apple bread and shale aromas on the bouquet. Fantastic expansive creamy mouthfeel, apple skin becomes lemon which transmogrifies into a brilliant custard with subtle vanilla and nutmeg dissipating into hazelnut skins and just in case you'd forgotten, a dry lemon and lemon pith finish with tiny pops of yeast. Your mind is saying sweet, but the Champagne assures you of its dryness! A beautiful brut, really a lot of character here. A real winner at the price point: 35$ — 5 years ago
