Purchased at Binnys September 2023. Might be better to save a bottle from 2017, but it was still very delicious. I’m trying more wines from France’s Rhône Valley in anticipation of visiting there in 2024.

The Colombo family does a fine job in other appellations than Cornas, as with this sappy, energetic and highly perfumed Crozes-Hermitage. Already showing intense blackberry and floral character, it will improve over the coming decade. (Josh Raynolds, Vinous, April 2018) — 6 years ago
Crisp and easy drinking. So difficult to get Cornas wines here (especially the reds), great pleasure to enjoy on a summer day — 4 years ago

Sipping Fine Wine
Deep Ruby color with complex aromas of black fruits, herbs, floral and smoky notes! On the palate flavors of blackberry, currants and blueberry with herbs, tobacco and pepper spice. Fine tannins, long finish ending with fruit, herb, spice and earthy character. Nice! — 2 months ago
