Still a bit young. Definitely got more in the tank for the future. Good drinking now with ribs. — 6 months ago
Mildly fruity aroma, inky black and nearly opaque, dark blackberry and blueberry with mild tannins. Delicious. — 8 months ago
Brought out of the cellar. From a trip to Napa in 2011? Cherry and tobacco on the front. Hints of mint as it lingers. Still a full tannic finish after 16 years. Another bottle in the cellar to try in a few years more. Paired with locally sourced braised beef short ribs. — 9 months ago

Rich and mouth filling. Spices, red and black fruits. Medium bodied with medium plus intensity. Coats the palate. Fermentation with 40% whole bunches. A classic Tasmanian Pinot. Very good but a point or two behind their stellar 2015. 98 points and Top 100 Wines of 2020 from James Halliday. — a day ago
