Palate : lemon flower. Elegantly rich. Very fresh. Delicious.

2012. Second fermentation was during winter so it stopped. 5 grams. So no dosage. Natural sugar.

Reasonable value for a Premier Cru White Burgundy. Earthy/Mushroom aromas with hints of lemon, white flowers and minerals. Lemon and wet stones and a hint of oatmeal on the pallet. Just a slightly creamy texture. Bracing acidity and an extremely long finish. Nice and bright! — 3 years ago

Le Lavaux St-Jacques 1er cru était autour de $84 pour 2013 et 2014, j’en ai encore en cave, le 2017 est genre $125, dommage car c’est un producteur méconnu, mais avec ces nouveaux prix, ca ne vaut pas cela

N: white flowers. As this aerates gorgeous white flowers. Almost a sea breeze but not salty. More of a 9.6 nose. Really beautiful.

All barrels. Usually a mix. No jadis 2021

Palate: mineral. Gods lemon soda. Hint candied lemon. Delicious. Really elegant.
