Absolutely wonderful Gevrey. Maybe lacking one tiny smidge in complexity and depth, but I’m sure that would come with age. Very dark and somewhat dusty red fruit on the nose and palate, maybe a bit of cassis. Excellent length and freshness. Great acid, and a great pairing with sole meunière and John Dory in butter sauce at Le Duc in Paris. — 3 months ago

Unfortunately, this bottle had Brett, but it mellows and fades to the background, while the wine is very good with lively acidity lifting bright red fruits, coco notes, and just enough vegetable notes to give i tension and aromatic lift. — 3 years ago
