This is the third bottle each two years apart and this opened very nicely after about an hour or so
I’ve increasingly liked this wine although given it the same rating
It’s well structured aromatic and just an all round good expression of well made Central Otago Pinot
Probably open the next three each with a year or less further age — 2 months ago
Fresh on the first day, deep fruit, a joke for the price, exceptional value for the money (8€) — 2 months ago
Grassy & herbal aromas. Full bodied. Nice & not too acidic. Grass, grapefruit, lime, and herbal notes, some tropical/passion fruit flavors. Stoney minerality.

I heard Bill Murray on a podcast recently raving about the bramble-berry pie he had the night before, describing the many berries that went into making it so delicious. It’s a fitting description for the current release of Bedrock’s Dolinsek Heritage red too, which is loaded with a rainbow of berry flavors and all their sweetness and bright acidity captured in a bottle instead of a crust. There’s an added bonus of a long, peppery finish thanks to the 70+% Zin in the field blend and some firm, drying tannins that signal a great future ahead. — a month ago
Complex flavors of chamomile, melon, white stone fruits with skin contact structure, dry and crisp — 2 months ago
Great from first sip — a day ago

Crisp acidity and vibrant passionfruit notes make it a wild ride through sun-soaked vineyards. This isn’t your safe, predictable white wine—it’s a bold reminder to embrace life’s untamed spirit. — a month ago
