Vallée d'Aoste Muscat Petit Grain

A very interesting dry muscat that has an extremely floral nose and palate. So much so I would drink it without food. But paired at Del Posto with Vitello tonnato (veal and tuna in a lemon basil & colatura vinaigrette) it totally changed!!! And was an amazing pairing! — 2 years ago
