I am an occasional beer drinker but if wine did not exist this would be my everyday drinker. Tremendous complexity combined with perfect balance. I am usually skeptical about some of these combinations but the orange bitters was just perfect. I have found sours to be the closest thing to wine with respect to complexity. It’s a double, but the alcohol is submerged by a moderate citrus and sweet finish. This husband and wife partnership are doing good things. — 2 years ago

Spontaneous fermentation skin contact Riesling made by Grimm Brewery's wine project, with Long Island grapes. And leave it to Grimm to make a wine in the same spirit of their sour ales - tart and funky with a slight salty aftertaste, almost tastes like a beer or cider. — 2 years ago
