Oh baby is this in the zone. Nose is incredible. Wafting aromas of black olive, black berry fruit with a crystalline purity to it. So dense. So aromatic. Just killing it. Wow. Stunning clarity. Had good luck with Gilles recently. Amazing palate. Just unreal fruit and it’s everywhere! Just saturates with granite infused juicy, lip smacking insanity. So dazzlingly pure. The granite expression is crazy. What a finish. So complex and has that extra that makes it a great vintage. Unreal depth and concentration. Holy shit. This is total genius. — 5 years ago

Unreal nose. So complex and clean. Apricot, cherry, white cherry, gorgeous mineral. Even some slate. Vulcanized rubber. Gorgeous purity and precision. Palate is just so good. Icing on a cake. Complex and acidic with terrific density but so so elegant. Terrific structure. Very pure and so much material. Sweet but also a hint of savory. Long. Sappy and so so long. Great wine. Terrific wine. What a wine. Genius. Brilliant. But that’s 2019. Insane nose of honeysuckle, caramel nougat, spice, mineral, confectionary notes, apricot, peach skin and superb head spinning mineralIty. What a palate. Elegant, spicy, tons of apricot and peach skin, and so juicy and energetic. Pure and sappy. So nimble but also has energy and substance for days. Citrus, marmalade flavors develop after some minutes. Juicy and so clean. Unreal. So pure. Sappy and dense. Balanced and long. This has serious stuffing. What a wine. Perfect ripeness balanced with scintillating minerality and energy. Chewy. Wonderful. After some air one gets lost in the nose and aroma. Dizzying. The best honeyed aromas. We got a future legend here. Nose js exotic citrus, herbs galore, slate, some pink grapefruit and apricot. Very expressive and super clear. There is also an umami aroma that is so enticing. Stunning. 9.7 nose. Palate is a dream. Citrus and sweet lime along with gorgeous clarity and freshness. This is ungodly fresh. Awesome grip, acidity and length yet ephemeral and light on its feet. So juicy and tangy with lovely salt notes on the finish. This is magic and has elite finesse why it is a 9.7 wine. Can’t wait to see what air does. Now with air the nose gets confectionary. Unreal variety of citrus now. Some sea air. Now the palate has a lemon lime citrus sweet tart aspect and is gaining some crunch. Wow what a finish. This is genius. — 2 years ago

Haven’t had in about a year. Awesome nose. Honeyed and dense. Layered. Apricot, citrus, huge minerals and slate. Lemon, lime, so so complex. Some funk as well. Herbs and scents of nature. Genius nose. Ridiculous palate. So deep, so complex and so well shaped. Unreal texture and depth. This is drinking amazing. Wow. Incredible freshness and acidity. Really pure. Oh yeah. This wine is a Daddy wine. Insanely aromatic. Cake icing, green apple, huge minerals, alluring spice, iodine, hazelnut, so refined and complex. Wow, what a palate. The purest and most balanced Equinces ever. Just a stunning wine. Tastes like elite 1er Cru. Just insane. Awesome acids and freshness and also has fantastic roundness which is a sign of an elite white wine. See Keller and Brisset. As nose opens up it becomes perfumed and spicey like a spice bazaar. Palate is so deep. My goodness it is crazy. It is so clean, so fresh and so ethereal. It floats on the palate and pumps juicy, refined apple fruit on the mid and the finish. Wow. So deep. Totally genius and so so refined. Sickness. What structure and grip. Just genius. Best Equinces ever. — 6 years ago

Dave Phinney is a genius! Orin Swift Cellars Palermo 2015 cabernet sauvignon is FANTASTIC! Blackberry spice and everything nice. A tingle on the tongue and a bouquet of fun. What more could you ask for. Theres an oaky finish and a chocolate after taste that leaves your palate hungry for more!!!!!! Almost as good as his Papillon, which gets a perfect 10! It is a 70 dollar blend!! My personal favorite wine right now. Look up Orin Swift Cellars!!!!! Unfortunately they do not deliver to georgia but I have a good liquor store in town that gets it for me. — 8 years ago
