Cercius Vieilles Vignes Côtes du Rhône Syrah Grenache

Balance of acidity and fruitiness. A surprising amount of minerality. Surprising - made me raise my eyebrows on first sip. — 14 days ago

Vin de Pays d'Oc Viognier

Dang that's yummy. Loads of citrus, apricot and peach with enough acidity and crispness to balance the fruit. Long and lush finish. Highly recommended and a great price point. — 2 months ago

Merins Costières-de-Nîmes Red Blend 2014

Rich, luscious berries in this not overly heavy wine. Very smooth. First bottle was ready to go, but second bottle required time to open up. — 3 months ago

Love this wine, showing a some more tertiary development and integration since LBT. Delicious — a month ago

Les Piliers Syrah 2016

Drank 2/18/29.

Nose of brambly black fruits, underbrush, smoke, and some black cherry. Rich, fruit driven palate, with black cherry liquer, blackberry, forrrest floor, and some medium tannins to lend structure. A style that will have fans in both the new world and old world arenas. Perhaps a bit quick on the finish. I would mistake this for a GSM blend rather than pure syrah.

An outstanding value at around $16.

Cercius Grenache Syrah

A really good red blend. It's just the right amount of dry. The flavor in your mouth afterwards is like the wine walked through with its boots on. Maybe a little bitter. — 3 months ago

Sables d'Azur Côtes de Provence Rosé Blend 2017

This wine was very acidic with many fruit characteristics! The aftertaste seemed to resemble strawberries. Alongside the fruity, there was a hint of floral. It is considered an off dry wine, yet I would say it was more towards the sweet side. — 2 months ago

Nostre Païs Costières-de-Nîmes Red Rhone Blend 2014

Deep red colour with violet highlights. After decanting we were getting black fruit, cherry and earthy notes on the nose. Dense and velvety body offering a plated of chocolate, herbs, pencil lead with a fruity finish. Paired with steak frites. — 2 months ago
