I absolutely love how luscious this white blend from Tank is. Their mixtures are ever mindful and always interesting and delicious. This one has a deceptively light body by sight, but is bright, juicy peaches and violet and petrol until the cows come home. Unctuous and full bodied with an echo-y finish. — 12 days ago
An Elke-based wine, from when she and he partnered out of her winery. Dusty and faint grape jolly rancher in the glass. Boysenberry, slightly pine-y, and wet stone on the nose. Sour cherry, stem, mossy, and touch of leather on the palate. A layer of smoke and pear on the finish. Deliciously rustic, with nice subtleties. Opens up over 2 days nicely (opened in Dec 2019). The best kind of "garage wine', right here. — a month ago
What’s a good wine to sip on breaks while clearing out the garage on a crisp Fall day in Houston? This one...starts off pretty tight but just opens up into expressive #chateauneufdupape - Grenache-baseline cherry, whispering #garrigue herbal notes. It will be a challenge to keep this for at least 5 years to see how it develops. #wsjwineclub — 3 months ago
Amazing paired with beets!!!!! — 14 days ago
Dust, berries, dust - this is what this smells of.
Bright berry juice with big minty herbaceous tarragon. Medium bodied, yet on the lighter side, with very dusty mouth encompassing tannins. Like tannin turns into 1,000,000 little hints of tannin and displace themselves all over.
Negative remarks for wax. No one wants to dull their wine tools with a wax encapsulation. No one wants to put a wine with this flaw on their list, as it’s too finicky to open in service. — 2 months ago
Very smooth, not too overpowering. Cherries, blackberries, vanilla. Clean finish. — 23 days ago
