Cordon Negro Brut Seleccion Cava Blend

Great with our Mussels and Chorizo cooked in Cava. Lemon color with apple, floral, and yeast aromas. Crisp with a bit of lemon. Really nice at this price point. — 5 months ago

Carta Nevada Brut Cava Macabeo-Xarel-lo-Parellada

NOSE: smells like champagne. Bready, butter, a little sea minerals.

TASTE: nice small bubbles and texture, toasty buttery taste like the nose - quite distinct. I prefer more citrus and fruit (I only taste a little melon and pear here), but this is good! 90.

Mia Fruity & Sweet Moscato

Actually enjoyed this despite it being moscato. Wasn’t too sweet. Full bodied, apple. Would have again. — 2 years ago

Les Plantenays Rully Chardonnay 2019

2022/5/10 with mushroom Demi-glacé omelette, etc. A well-balanced melange of citrus and pit fruit, stone, honey, and woody, lightly toasted spice. A touch of sweet and sour - flesh and acid backbone. This price for a Chalonnaise villages would have been a non-starter 10 or even 5 years ago, but here we are. Obviously it doesn’t have the depth or intensity, but very satisfying. — 4 years ago
