Inspired by Jim to drink our bottle of Ugni blanc and it did not disappoint, great balance and acidity, with hints of apple on the nose. — 3 years ago
Deep ruby hue with high saturation. Aromas and flavors of baking spice, blackberry, cream, jam, oak, raspberry, and vanilla. Medium-high body; medium-plus tannins; and medium-high acidity. Enticing nose; smooth palate; lovely, long finish. Solid Napa Cab, silky and balanced. Majority of fruit from Yountville, and the rest from Calistoga. Barrel-aged in French oak (45% new) for 19 months. — 5 years ago

Dark, cassis. Smooth. Inner sweetness. — 5 years ago
Recently discovered this brewery in Mason, MI (about 15 min from our house), this sour reminds me a lot of what I would descibe as a slightly lighter version of Jolly Pumpkin’s La Roja. Great balance with a hint of cherries, this beer is legit. Well done, Bad Brewing! — 5 years ago
