At nine years old, this may have been a touch past its prime, but it still drank pretty well. Dark fruit and tobacco were dominant on the nose and palate, with hints of earth, cinnamon, and pepper coming through as well. 南西側標高900mあたりの畑というなんとも気になるスペックのネレッロマスカレーゼ100。

ハーブやいかにも火山性な火薬、火打ち石感。
透明感に溢れながらもダークチェリーやドライフルーツ、醤油っぽい香り。
アーシーな雰囲気もあって、どこかりんごみたいな香りも。
言葉に置き換えるのが難しいほどの複雑味と多面性。
クリスマスだったので、チキンと食べたが、やっぱりあんまり合わなかったなぁ。
