Not hugely complex, but heavily characterised by the irony component of the terra rossa from Coonawarra. Funny enough it reminded me of an old Chianti from Radda without the racy acidity those wines sometimes bring out — 2 years ago

Fun afternoon at Classic with great company. Glad you could join us Bryan.

Whole cluster goodness! Green Bell Pepper, menthol, new pipe tobacco aromatics. The palate shows spice in the form of peppered strip, spiced plum and underripe blackberries. There is a streak of minerality down the middle. Burgundian like with a touch more fruit. Wonderful expression. Thanks for bringing @Bryan Kesting . — 2 years ago

Didn’t see this one coming. Wowed by its expression, weight, and innate ability to complement food so well. Enjoyed over a meal at Sorrel (SF) with friends. My favorite white wine to be opened this evening. Transparency and minerality in full effect. Though not overpowering, this wine played all its cards. The guy at the shop I picked this up from warned I would be back for more of this, and sure enough I will be. — 2 years ago

Dark ruby in color with a short purplish rim.

Fruity nose with blueberries, blackberries, black currants, vanilla, light cedar, black pepper, chocolates, licorice, cloves, spices, dark coffee, light vinaigrette, earth, leather and tobacco.

Full-bodied and smooth with medium plus acidity and long legs.

Dry on the palate with plums, cherries, black currants, oak, vanilla, licorice, spices, tobacco, chocolates, mocha, coke, earth, herbs and peppercorn.

Medium finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.

This is a very enjoyable Cabernet Sauvignon from Israel. Nicely balanced with a tangy finish.

This 6 year old is showing nice complexity with a nice mouthfeel.

Good right out of the bottle and better as it opens up (30 minutes). Good by itself as a sipping wine by the porch.

This Single Vineyard is rich and fruit forward. Showing nice structure, and will be good in the next 3 years.

Grapes are grown at 2,400 feet of elevation on Terra Rossa soil. Aged in French Oak barrels for 24 months. Kosher and vegan.

14.5% alcohol by volume.
