Très bel accord avec la feijuda — 14 days ago
Pale ruby in color; cherries, raspberries, and dried leaves on the nose; high acidity; medium tannins; tastes like hibiscus, strawberries, and wet gravel with a long finish. Nellie doesn't like it, but I do. — a month ago
Good right out the bottle and stayed that way for a couple of days. What a nice grape! Very underrated. Medium body with a bit of spice. Sweet with a balanced tannin. Day 2 showed more acidity which improved it further. Excellent vino. — 25 days ago

Great, but the 2018 better - a little more horsepower. — 17 days ago
Peaking right now, don’t wait: amber bricking on edge, black & red fruit - deep reservoir of ripe intense aromas & flavors, baking spices, worn leather, licorice, mineral - so expressive, massive on palate, beautifully balanced, tamed from so many years in bottle. Perfect accompaniment to my Saturday night T-Bone — a month ago
Initially gave a blast of bright red fruit and vanilla. 2 hours later, it had really hit its stride with the cherry melting into leather and long tannins. Excellent Toro value — 6 months ago

Deep, dark and contemplative. Fresh and lively nose, but the fruit is quite restrained and serious. Black cherry, prune, vanilla bean and black pepper with dusty, astringent tannins. Long dry finish of hay, dried herbs and some of that bitterness. Drinking it on the cooler side. Feels right to sip this while listening to Sketches of Spain. — a month ago
