Musty/stewed fruit, lighter pepper & acid, slight chalk. More vanilla/cocoa flavors than most carmenere, but acid still strong too. 7.7

Aged it in my cellar, just opened my first 2007. After 30 minutes, you get blown by the taste, the smell, the fine body .... Worth the wait !
