This wine is ripe and beautiful - dark, with a nose of blackberries, cassis and violets. There is a hint of tobacco and spice there as well, a tribute to the perfectly finessed aging, eight months in neutral oak. The palate explodes on the tongue with dark fruit, vanilla and herbs. The fruit is the story, but don't sell complexity short. It offers a lot to ruminate on while you sip. — 15 days ago
Wine opened up after half an hour and what a wonderful blend of cherry, wood and spice. — 8 days ago
Incredible wine! Showing age with a thin edge but that only visuals.
Nose full of black berries, almondpaste, chocolate and even aceto balsamico (xxx old). In the mouth very well balanced in all aspects. Tastes and power vs finesse balance. Finishes over a minute. Blockbuster wine! — a day ago
Can’t beat this with some carne asada tacos! — 4 days ago
Oaky, dry leaves with a reasonable long finish — a month ago
Pale pink; medium plus intensity aromas of a gorgeous mineral perfume, rose petals, rose hips, strawberry, black currant, violets; dry, high acid, high alcohol, medium plus body, medium plus intensity flavors consistent with aromas; medium plus finish, incredibly complex and concentrated, was not expecting such an interesting wine — 10 days ago
The flavor was very mellow and paired well with a steak. I did experience a bit of stuffiness after a glass, but it wasn’t too problematic. Overall, I enjoyed this wine and am glad I have another bottle. — 14 days ago

Fresh and elegant. Nice acidity and balance. Blackberry, eucalyptus and anise. The best carmenere I have in the last 3 years for sure. — 10 days ago
