Drank in 2020. Still lots of body, fruit and was very smooth as lots of tannins had fallen out. Brickish brown hue, long finish, pleasant palate. — 5 years ago
Wonderful and smooth wine. Initial earthy tobacco transitioning to black cherry, with plummy finish. Slight oakiness and mild tannins. It aged well. — 8 years ago
Generous stone fruits and white flower, hints of botrytis. Similar to a classic Alsace Riesling. — 9 years ago
Really loving this vintage right now. Lots of fruit still on this one but still smooth. Subtle pepper on the finish. Fantastic wine for the price. — 10 years ago

Glad I kept my second bottle for awhile longer. This has really smoothed out and made a nice blend. The Cab Sauv really comes through on this blend, nice pepper notes. — 8 years ago
Still a very nice vintage. Dark fruit, smooth if you leave it out for a bit. Pepper finish. Nice. — 9 years ago

This is one of my favorite Rosés of the season!! Strawberries melded with sour cherries, and some crushed roses thrown into the mix. Tingly acid lingers in the finish. — 10 years ago
'08 @efeste - lovely friends broke this out of their cellar- love them! :) — 12 years ago
An excellent Columbia Valley WA State red. Fruit forward, heavy punch and a serious red. But you can enjoy this over the course of an evening as it's quite good. Enjoy with a strong cheese or meal, and make sure you've got a ride home! — 9 years ago
Sample. Medium ruby red. Beautifully layered nose with blackberries, black currants, chalk, burnt wood, and dried bark. Moderate tannins (6/10) that are well integrated but a little out of balance with the acidity in the finish. Very dark palate and rounded attack, with tobacco, spices, roasted almonds, unsweetened cocoa milk and black berries. Medium body and medium finish. Great start to this wine from the nose till the attack of the palate, then the acidity will kick in. Two options: either this wine will balance out with age or drink by 2019. — 9 years ago
Not too sweet. Best wa Sauvignon blanc — 10 years ago
Hmm, not sure what I think since this came out after dessert and port. Better than I initially thought. — 12 years ago
