HURRICANE PARTY

Pale salmon in color.

Light nose of citrus, strawberries, earth, light herbs and minerals.

Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity and small bubbles.

Dry on the palate with raspberries, light cherries, limes, green apples, light grapefruits, minerals and herbs.

Long finish with limes and light almonds.

This is a delicious Rosé Champagne. Nicely balanced with a nice mouthfeel.

This 16 year old is showing nice complexity at this point. Feels still young and very fresh. Will continue to age nicely in the next 10 years.

I've had this vintage a few times before, and it is very consistent.

A delicious Champagne that’s perfect for sipping on its own. Will also pair nicely with fresh seafood.

Made for a nice strong wine for Magic: The Gathering night. Aromas of plum, blackberry and dark chocolate. Strong, lingering dark fruit, chalky minerality and cocoa. This one needs to breathe a bit.

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of a few hours. The 2022 pours a pale coral color with a transparent core; medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with a refreshing mix of tart and ripe red fruits; strawberry, watermelon dry underbrush, red flowers, and wet stone minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry; tannins are light with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and saline. Lovely texture. This continues to be a benchmark for rosé. Drink now through 2032. — a month ago
